drowning prevention thesis research

I'm currently in my last semester in grad school at East Carolina University and doing a thesis on drowning prevention for residential pools. My 10 minute web-survey targets residential pools where the drowning rate is the highest and is all opinion based regarding preventing drowning.
Please take the survey if you are someone who is certified as an instructor for:
1-water safety and swimming lessons (WSI), lifeguard training (LGT) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO) of Certified Pool Operator (CPO); or
2-one who is a certified AFO / CPO, or
3-one who has more than 5 years of swimming pool management experience; or
4-one who is an expert witness; or
5-one who is rescue personnel who responds to drowning incidents.

Here is the web-survey address, click the link, fill in answers and click submit. Please feel free to forward to web-survey to aquatic managers, trainers, coaches, expert witness, rescue personnel, and swim instructors. Thank You.

The purpose of this research project is to identify critical components in a drowning prevention program for residential pools. Your responses will be recorded, analyzed, and be kept anonymous.

We would appreciate your completion of this questionnaire as soon as possible and before Monday, December 1st, 2003.

Please feel free to forward to web-survey to aquatic managers, trainers, coaches, expert witness, rescue personnel, and swim instructors.

Thank you in advance for your participation and willingness to participate. If you have any questions about the study, please contact us at (252) 328-2479. Thank you for your help!

Sincerely,
